Time is money. And it’s no different in real estate. If you can do some homework on the Internet and drive the neighborhoods BEFORE seeing individual homes with your Custom Fit Buyer’s Agent, we’ll reward you with cold hard cash.

You can use your cash rebate for new furnishings, window treatments, new appliances, that big screen tv, almost anything you like. About the only thing you can’t use the rebate for is closing costs because the rebate check is provided after closing.

If you’re wondering if the rebate is taxable, we don’t think it is because the IRS regards such rebates as a “rebate of commission to a principal in the transaction”. Check with your tax advisor, but we’re not reporting anything to the IRS.

The size of your cash back rebate depends on the number of individual homes you and your Custom Fit Buyer’s Agent view in person. Repeat visits to the same house don’t count as long as you end up purchasing that home. Of course, you also have to designate Custom Fit Realty as your exclusive buyer’s agent in order to receive the cash rebate.

Since the cash rebates come from our commission, we can only afford to give you a rebate on final sales prices of $100,000 or more.
